At Legeum, customer satisfaction is important to us. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we provide a simple, transparent, and fair return and refund process.

United Kingdom, Ireland, United States, Germany, Switzerland, Austria

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:

- Undamaged
- Returned in original packaging
- Complete with all included accessories, manuals, tags, and components
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately at info@legeum.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
In these situations, Legeum will cover the full cost of return shipping and offer either:
- A replacement item, or
- A full refund
For shipping damage claims, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
Change of Mind Returns
If you wish to return an item because:
- You ordered the wrong item
- The product is not suitable for your needs
- Sizing or preference issues
- You changed your mind
You may still return the product within 30 days, provided it meets the return conditions above.
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be arranged depending on product availability.

Item Not Received
If your package has not arrived, please contact us at info@legeum.com so we can investigate the shipment with the carrier.
If the shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer either:
